First Grade Says “Character Matters!”

Kirstin Williams, Staff Writer

On November 8, 2017 the first grade students put on a play called “Character matters”. The students rehearsed all week and did a great job. The play taught first graders valuable life skills about how to be a good person. First graders learned how to act in different situations with  kindness, responsibility, forgiveness, and patience. Students said that they loved the acting and costumes but even more they like all lesson they learned. The kids all wanted to thank their teachers, parents and the school for putting on this amazing play that will affect the way they treat their friends, family, teachers and everyone else they meet.
